Candle holders that I'm using on my table for my Last Supper Party. Easy patina process: just soak in vinegar and salt. Can't wait to use these at my Last Supper party!

 

Since I don't have a stocking at my place I decided to make one from this funky broadcloth & pom-pom's!

I was stoked to find this snake print dress (yep! it's on backwards) at an antique shop in a Oregon mountain town last Summer! 

 

The delightful shop owner (who had the sweetest English accent you'll ever hear) said she used to wear it around London in the 60's or 70's!

 

I love the stories that are weaved into vintage.

 

(Fab Tip: I wrapped 2 different headbands around my messy bun to add glitz in a pinch! I also do this with bracelets and necklaces.)

a "fab 5" christmas

Because my week has been full of "decking my halls" with oodles of Holiday cheer, I figured you would love a little glimpse of it!

My favorite color combination is pink & green so naturally I had to decorate with them for my first Christmas on my own!



I covered my ceiling in white twinkle lights. Makes my living room so warm, I may keep them up permanently...

Handmade chalkboard sign that I made with Lori! It was so easy!

Snowflakes from the dollar store that I bedazzled with rhinestones. They are going to be sooooo pretty once it snows!

Jingle Bells! Got this sparkly bell at the dollar store. Added my own bells to the inside & some rhinestones. Gives my front door that extra girly touch.

I am all about mixing prints and this outfit was no exception...

The easiest way to do it: Keep at least one color relevant between the prints (black was my common color)! Start off adding a printed accessory to your outfit. Once you get confident play with clothing (ex: my jacket/skirt/ scarf combo)!
