Fashion is all about mixing it up!

Whether it be with colors, textures, prints (or all three), it is important to take risks and not take yourself too seriously.

 

My favorite outfits are the ones I'm not quite sure about when I'm putting them together. The moment I walk out the door is usually when I think, "Okay, this Rocks!"

 

So take a note out of my closet and mix the unexpected together! In my case it was these lush floral skinnies topped with a bleach dyed chambray top.

My only advice:

Grease is one of my favorite movies! I especially love when Sandy turns into a bad girl at the end!

 

It's funny how an outfit can completely change your attitude.

 

Spikes, red lips, and dark, body conscious clothing made me project a slightly more rebellious attitude this day! At least in my mind it did :)

 

 

 

Chelsie Tip: Layer up your jewelry! In this case I only layered two necklaces, but I would suggest layering even more up. Mess around with metals, textures, lengths and colors to get a personalized look that's all yours!!!

If I were to use one word to describe my style I'm pretty sure I would choose

fun.

With this outfit I paired sequins, fringe and lace to create textural interest for a fun going out look.
