I am a total sucker for pleats and lucky for me, they are so in this season! I paired this navy, pleated dress with my pink Nanette Lepore safari jacket to give my outfit a springy vibe. I added a chunky, utilitarian like brown belt to makes things a little tougher, and lacy tights for some texture. Then I topped everything off with a pop-of-color, my Charlene K. cuff!
