An easy going, layered-up look is really simple to achieve. Easiest way to get the look... layer a slouchy sweater over a tighter fitting dress, and voila! You've got a super cool outfit, and it actually looks like you're wearing a pencil skirt! I threw a belt on with this look to give my waist a little more definition from the front. Just remember, layering looks it's best when it looks like you didn't work at it too much!
